WHAT MAKES YOUR SOCKS HIGH QUALITY?

Manitou socks consist of a first-class mix of super soft and high quality combed

cotton, the finest nylon and a touch of elastane. The reinforced heel and toe

ensure the perfect fit and increased durability.

HOW CAN I GET THESE SMOOTH SOCKS?

It’s easy. Click ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ in the top menu bar. Decide on your style and

frequency and click ‘check out’. Create an account with your e-mail address or

Facebook account (you’ll need this for future modifications), fill in your delivery

details and choose your preferred payment method. Sit back and enjoy the

smoothest socks delivered right to your doorstep. Told you it was easy.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?
Your socks will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 working days. From then

on, simply enjoy the daily ritual of slipping on a pair of ultra-soft socks. A new set

will automatically arrive every 1, 3 or 6 months, based on your preference. As

soon as we ship out your order, the amount will be subtracted from the bank or

PayPal account you entered when you first ordered. If you pause your

subscription, we will pause the payment accordingly.

If you chose the gift option, he/she will receive a one-time package within 2-3

working days.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY SOCKS?
Your socks will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 working days. Depending

on what subscription you chose, your next order will ship out 1, 3 or 6 months

later on the 1 st or the 15 th of that month. All first orders ordered between the 7 th

and the 21 st of the month will be scheduled for next deliveries on the 15 th , all first

orders ordered between the 22 nd and the 6 th , will be scheduled for next deliveries

on the 1 st . For instance, if you ordered your first set on the 5 th of June – based on

a 3 monthly subscription – your next sets will be delivered on the 1 st of

September, 1 st of December and so on. If you ordered on the 12 th of June, your

next sets will be delivered on the 15 th of September, the 15 th of December and so

on. You can always login to your account and look under ‘scheduled delivery’ to

find out when your sock drawer can welcome some new, fresh socks.

All deliveries are done by POST NL and fit through any letterbox so we do not

require you to be home and you can save yourself a pick up at the post office.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING AND/ OR I ACCIDENTILY FILLED IN THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. HOW CAN I ADJUST?
Please let us know a.s.a.p. and if the order has not been sent out yet, we will adjust

CAN I SKIP ONE DELIVERY?
 

If you’re going on a long trip or for any reason wish to pause your subscription,

you can. Login to your account, click on the pen (in the green circle) and click

‘skip one set’ . We will skip one delivery. No need to re-activate your

subscription, your next delivery will arrive as scheduled.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY NEXT SET OF MANITOU SOCKS?
 

Login to your account. Look under ‘scheduled delivery’ to find out when your

sock drawer can host a welcoming party for a set of brand new, fresh socks.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR A GIFT SET?
 

No you don’t. You fill in the delivery and you’re set. You can add a personal

message of 140 characters or less. We will add this to the packing slip for you.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DETAILS?
 

Login to your account at the top right hand corner of the HOME page. The

‘Account’ button allows you to change your personal details and delivery

address. The ‘Subscription’ button allows you to adjust the delivery frequency

and pause or discontinue your subscription. It also allows you to change the color

mix of your subscription.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
 

Our unique design and high quality materials ensure each pair of socks is a

perfect fit for shoe sizes EUR 41-46, UK 7-11 and US 8-12.
